RULES FOR RENTALS

SMOKERS AND PETS = LOSS OF TOTAL DEPOSIT! A Security deposit is required for all Rentals. The deposit is refundable if the unit is brought back Clean, full of Gas and Propane, All Tanks (Fresh, Gray, and Black) empty, and undamaged. No refunds will be given on the return date. The Normal Refund is 10-15 working days NO EXCEPTION. If the unit is returned damaged the Security Deposit is held until the damages can be assessed. No refunds will be made on Early Return.
All
Class A & C Motor homes come with 150
free miles a day. Additional miles can be pre-purchased. Any overage on
the miles will be charged $1.00/mile. Any purchased miles not used will be
refunded.
All Generators come with 2 Free Hours a day. Additional Hours are $3.50/hour. The Generator Hours will be taken on the Return Date and the Fee will be removed from the Rental Deposit.
Other Fees include a Prep Fee, a $75.00 Dump Fee if Tanks are not empty, and a minimum Cleaning Fee of $100.00 if Rental is brought back unclean. If Gas and Propane are not full on return a fee of $15.00/labor plus an additional $1.50/gallon and/or pound will be added on top of market rate that week for Gas and Propane. HITCH USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
A full refund of your deposit (less $50.00 processing Fee) will be given if cancelled 30 days prior to departure. NO REFUND of deposit if cancelled less than 30 days before departure.
All fees are payable by Cash, Certified Bank Check, Travelers Check or a Major Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa). We do not accept personal checks. Full payment is due on day of departure i.e., balance of rental fee, security and cleaning deposits, estimated mileage charge, insurance waiver, winterizing fee, etc. Fees are subject to a State Sales Tax of 7%. If the final payment is made on MasterCard or Visa arrangements must be made prior to day of departure.
If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed: Any repair under $100.00 may be done. Any repair over $100.00 must have prior authorization from dealer. Please save and submit all receipts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without a receipt. If involved in an accident you must notify dealer within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted to our management upon your return. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
Proper identification, employment, credit references, and a valid driver’s license must be presented when reserving a vehicle. All information will be verified. All Drivers must be 25 years of age. The most important part of renting a RV is the insurance. You may purchase insurance through our provider by going on www.mbachoice.com or provide us with a binder policy through your own insurance agent. That can be faxed to me at 937.456.3968.
Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure. It will take approximately 1 hour.

Rentals are subject to terms and Conditions of the Rental Contract. We Reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
