2008 KZ Inferno 3812 SL - Good morning, Scott, We LOVE our Inferno! One of the reasons we wanted the Inferno was to haul our golf cart. Believe it or not, we installed a small mirrored disco ball on the underside of our golf cart...pretty wild. Anyway, Nancy has named our new toyhauler, "Disco Inferno". She's bought a disco/strobe light for the back and we can't wait for the party to begin! : ) The reason I'm writing is to let you know, as well as Darlene and Darrell, what a great job Jim did delivering our unit and taking the time to do our walk-thru. Not once did he act like he was in a hurry to leave and he patiently answered all of our questions. To date, our experience with D&D RV and yourself has been OUTSTANDING and Jim was no exception...What a great D&D RV representative! 2004 Trailmanor Travel Trailer - I had to take this opportunity to let you know how thankful I am to have done business with your company. It's not often that someone drives 1,750 miles to purchase a used travel trailer. The internet has certainly made our world a much smaller place. To do business with someone so far away, one must trust the company completely. Having had a bad experience in the past, I was extremely leery of traveling so far again. I must say that when I logged on to your website and saw the Proverbs 3:5-6 scripture, it made me feel better about your company. A company is only as good as the people representing it. When I contacted Travis Gray about the 2004 Trailmanor, he reassured me that the trailer was in excellent condition. I told him of my bad experience from the past, and he promised me that he would not let me drive that far only to find a trailer not as described. I must tell you that as much as I wanted to trust him, I was still apprehensive. He reassured me that the trailer was just as described and that I would not be disappointed. My wife and I set out for Ohio with only Travis Gray's promise that it would be okay. A number of times on the drive, I made the comment to my wife that I sure hoped the trailer was as nice as Travis said it was. We had an 8 a.m. delivery time on Saturday morning, and when we arrived everyone was waiting on us and the trailer was ready to be picked up. As the trailer was being shown to us, I had this euphoric feeling. It was not only as described, it was even better than described. While we were doing the paperwork, the guys in the shop added my weight distribution hitch and hooked the trailer to my truck. We were set to pull out as soon as we finished the paperwork and had our picture taken with our Trailmanor. We spent that night in the trailer, and of course we had to check everything out. Everything worked and the trailer was flawless! We were all smiles as we completed our trip. I can tell you with utmost confidence, that we are more than, elated to have been able to do business with you and would like to reassure everyone that your company representative's word is their bond. I would "Highly Recommend" that everyone who as the opportunity to do business with you, from near and far can do so with complete confidence and trust. It was a great experience. 2008 Coachmen Wyoming 340QBS - It’s been a while, and I’m finally getting around to getting in touch with you again. We made our first camping trip with our new Chaparral 340QBS over Spring Break. We went to Disney World and camped at Fort Wilderness – this was our second camping trip at Disney. I cannot tell you just how nice this camper is..! I had hoped to get it out before making that long of a trip, but it didn’t happen. So we took off on Friday, March 28 and any worries that I had about pulling this large of a camper were quickly put to rest. Our setup works beautifully, and it pulls without any issues at all. It is still quite long (longer than before), but I’ve learned to adjust. We did find a gem of a campground down in Tennessee – Sweetwater KOA at exit 62 off of I75. Very nice place, with paved pull throughs. If you haven’t camped at Fort Wilderness, it is without a doubt the nicest campground in the world..(yes, we are biased)! I’ve attached a few pics from our trip. The storage space, the kids bunk area, the ease of pulling, and the overall spaciousness and layout of our camper make it absolutely perfect for us..! We are truly Happy Campers..!

2008 Coachmen Captiva 288FKS - Scott: Just a note to let you know were back in Texas, had a fantastic time with the Trailer, pulled great and gas mileage was between 9 and 10 mpg. Our GPS routed us through Kentucky and Tennessee, a few big hills the Ford didn't set a land speed record but pulled quiet well, if we decide to hit any mountains I will definitely have to upgrade. Amber and I truly enjoyed our experience with you and the excellent staff at D&D, hope you enjoyed the Brownies, Please give our Thanks to all. 2008 Cruiser Fun Finder X-250BHS - I wanted to follow-up with you in writing in regards to our telephone conversation. We are first time RV owners. Recently we purchased a new travel trailer from your dealership. In preparation for our first camping experience we were unable to secure the travel trailer to the hitch. This was early afternoon on a Saturday. We contacted Rick in service. Rick was incredible! His knowledge, experience and customer service were outstanding. Rick spent 30 + minutes on the telephone with us walking us through each step to secure the trailer to the hitch. No once did he express any frustrations during the process. He clearly wanted to assist us. I work in Corporate America and customer service as Rick demonstrated is few and far between. I wanted to write this e-mail to say we are very pleased that we choose your dealership for our purchase. We will be repeat customers and refer customers your way. And a big "Kudos" to Rick for making a difference for the customer.
